These terms apply to your use of www.handypros.help and the services provided by HandyPros STL LLC ("HandyPros STL", "we", "us"), 13140 Old Jamestown Rd, Florissant, MO 63033. By using the website, booking a service or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

Services and estimates

We provide handyman, repair and light remodeling services in St. Louis County and St. Charles County, Missouri. Prices, scope and timing for each job are set out in the estimate or invoice we give you. Estimates may change if the work turns out to be different from what was described, and we will tell you before doing extra work.

Booking, scheduling and cancellations

Online bookings are requests until we confirm them. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. Someone 18 or older must be present, or access must be arranged, at the time of the appointment.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We accept credit and debit cards. Financing may be available to qualified borrowers through a third-party lender, subject to that lender's own terms.

Maintenance plans

Maintenance plans renew and are billed as described when you sign up. You can cancel a plan by contacting us. Plan benefits apply only while the plan is active.

Text message program

Program name: HandyPros STL customer notifications.

  • When you provide your mobile number and opt in, for example when you book online, request an estimate or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from HandyPros STL about your service. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices, and replies to your questions.
  • Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further messages after that.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (314) 804-1097 or [email protected].
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The content on this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to HandyPros STL or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Information on the website is general and may change without notice. Third-party links and tools, such as our online booking provider, are governed by their own terms.
