St. Louis weather is hard on a house. Big summer storms, freeze and thaw all winter, and a lot of leaves in the gutters every fall. Small exterior repairs now keep water out of your walls and basement later.
We do the repair and maintenance work that keeps your exterior sound: gutters, siding, soffit and fascia, roof patching, deck repair and staining, pressure washing, and patching or sealing concrete and asphalt. We do not do full rebuilds or major construction.

Annual Exterior and Roof Evaluations
Add a yearly check of brick, siding, porches and rodent entry points, or a roof check of valleys, flashing, pipe stacks and gutters, with photos.
Do you replace roofs?
No. We patch small leaks, reseal around pipe stacks and flashing, and fix gutters. For a new roof you need a roofing contractor.
When should I book gutter cleaning?
In St. Louis, late October into November, after most of the leaves are down. Book early in the fall because it fills up.
Can you stain my deck?
Yes. We wash it, replace any soft boards, and stain it once it is dry. Summer is the best time.
Found a leak at 9pm on a Sunday?
Our office is open Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Outside those hours, book online or send us a message and the office gets back to you first thing. If water is running, shut off the main valve first.
