St. Charles handyman services, from Main Street to newer subdivisions
Historic brick near the river and newer homes further out. Two very different kinds of house, and we work on both every week.
What St. Charles customers book most
Old town and new town
Near Historic Main Street, home to the First Missouri State Capitol and right by the Katy Trail, homes are older, often brick, and need the kind of careful repair that keeps their character. Further west, newer subdivisions need the other kind of help: builder grade fixtures that wear out, doors that settle, and appliances that need upgrading.
We also build and repair simple wooden accessibility ramps and handrails, like the one pictured from one of our jobs, for families who want a parent to keep living at home safely.
Freeze prep in November: disconnect hoses, shut the outside spigot valve if you have one, and seal drafts around doors before the first hard freeze.
Found a leak at 9pm on a Sunday?
Our office is open Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Outside those hours, book online or send us a message and the office gets back to you first thing. If water is running, shut off the main valve first.
Do you cover all of St. Charles?
Yes, St. Charles along with St. Peters and Wentzville in St. Charles County.
Can you build a wheelchair ramp?
We build and repair simple wooden ramps and handrails. Tell us about the entry when you book and send a photo.
Do you install LVP in basements?
Yes. LVP is our most requested floor and a great fit for basements. Flooring starts with an in person estimate.
