Plans start at $39 a month, include priority scheduling and 10% off handyman work, and are a great fit for landlords, multi unit owners and short term rental hosts.

What does the plan cost?

Basic is $39 a month, Standard is $59 with one add on, and Plus is $89 with every add on. The intro rate is held for 24 months.

What filters are included?

Four standard 1 inch pleated MERV 8 filters a year, shipped annually and installed at your visits. Higher efficiency or thicker filters are available for an extra charge.

Is the 10% off for everything?

It applies to handyman work. Contractor level projects that need estimates, permits or specialized trades are excluded.

Found a leak at 9pm on a Sunday?

Our office is open Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Outside those hours, book online or send us a message and the office gets back to you first thing. If water is running, shut off the main valve first.
