Testing, every year, on a plan
The Plus plan includes every annual evaluation with photo documentation of the inspections.
Is this a home inspection?
No. It is a practical check of systems by a Pro, aimed at finding what needs fixing. For a sale you may still need a licensed home inspector.
Can you fix what you find?
Most small items, yes, on the same visit. Bigger items get their own quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the home. Tell us the square footage and we will give you a sense when you book.
Found a leak at 9pm on a Sunday?
Our office is open Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Outside those hours, book online or send us a message and the office gets back to you first thing. If water is running, shut off the main valve first.
