HandyPros Preferred Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility
HandyPros Preferred Membership is available to new and existing customers within participating HandyPros STL service areas.
Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.
2. Membership Pricing & Billing
Monthly membership is $24.95 per month, billed automatically until canceled.
Annual membership is $249 per year, billed automatically until canceled.
Membership fees are separate from the cost of handyman services, materials, and other project expenses.
Membership fees and applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed before enrollment.
3. 10% Preferred Labor Discount
Members receive 10% off eligible handyman labor services, including qualifying home repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Discounts apply to eligible labor charges only and exclude materials, subcontracted services, trip fees, and other non-labor charges.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
The discount applies to qualifying services performed during an active membership and is not retroactive to previously completed or invoiced work.
Discounts may be applied to qualifying new project estimates when membership enrollment is completed before the applicable service is performed.
4. Priority Scheduling
Members receive priority consideration when scheduling available service appointments.
Scheduling is subject to technician availability, service area coverage, and project requirements.
Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day or emergency service.
5. Complimentary Project Estimates
Members receive complimentary estimates for eligible projects that would otherwise be subject to a standard estimate fee.
Certain specialty services, diagnostic work, or projects requiring extensive evaluation may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed in advance.
6. Customer App Access
Members may use the HandyPros customer app to request services, communicate with our team, and access available customer features.
App features and availability may change as services are updated.
7. Membership Cancellation & Renewal
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time without penalty or a minimum commitment.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no further membership charges will be made.
Annual memberships renew automatically each year unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewals, and membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid membership period.
Membership fees are nonrefundable for partially used billing periods, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Members may cancel through their online membership account or by contacting HandyPros STL.
8. Service Charges & Limitations
Membership provides access to Preferred benefits and discounted eligible labor rates.
It does not include prepaid labor hours, free repairs, materials, or completed projects.
All services are subject to availability, project approval, and applicable service terms.
Additional charges for materials, equipment, permits, and other project-related expenses may apply.
9. Changes to Membership
HandyPros STL reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with advance notice as required by applicable law.
Changes to recurring billing will be communicated before taking effect when required.
