How often does a Pro visit?
Every plan includes a quarterly visit from a trained HandyPro. Your filter is changed at each visit, and your annual HVAC tune up and any add on evaluations are scheduled across the year.
Can I change plans later?
Ask us any time. Moving from Standard to Plus is the most common change, usually after the first year.
Which filters are included?
Four standard 1 inch pleated MERV 8 filters, shipped annually and installed at your visits. MERV 11 to 13, 2 inch media or OEM brand filters are available for an extra fee based on size and type.
Does the 10% discount apply to everything?
It applies to handyman work. Contractor level projects that need estimates, permits or specialized trade work are excluded, and it cannot be combined with other offers.
How long is the intro rate?
The introductory rate is valid for 24 consecutive months from your start date.
Is this good for rentals?
Yes. The plans are an excellent fit for landlords, multi unit owners, property managers and short term rental hosts who need dependable, recurring HVAC care with minimal effort.
